The Great Southern Weekender wrote an article detailing how Albany’s historic The Premier Hotel could see customers walking through its arch doors as soon as Christmas this year if all goes to plan.

The building has been vacant ever since and, with several windows now broken and graffiti on its exterior, is fast approaching eyesore status.
